My ex-band director

uggg. have you ever had one of those teachers that just won't let go?!?! well I have one now!!! my ex-band director is determined to have me in band... he even went so far as to talk to my mom. Its not that I don't like band, I do...BUT I like some of my other subjects better. HELP!!!! lol.
